Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Free shipping on all orders over R699 within Gauteng.
  • Orders below R699 in Gauteng are subject to a R99 delivery fee.
  • Orders to other provinces are based on weight (calculated at checkout).
  • All orders are shipped via courier.
  • We do not charge any handling fees.
  • It is possible that certain locations are excluded from delivery - this may include certain townships, farms, small holdings and regional-and-outlying areas. We will contact you to make arrangements should this occur. In this event, it is possible that we may need to arrange the shipment to an address to the nearest main center / we can send you a quote for additional shipping to your precise location (where possible).

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Kindly allow for up to 7 working days before dispatch for larger and complex items, as well as large orders. If we anticipate a delay in dispatch, we will contact you using the details you enter when ordering.
  • Many of the items listed on our product pages are offered in a variety of colour options. Our products are powder coated in-house, however certain colours are run more frequently than others, with black, followed by gray, being the colours run most frequently. On products which are offered in other colours, kindly also allow for up to 5 working days prior to dispatch.
  • Delivery timeframes:
    • 1 – 3 business days for main cities within Gauteng Province.
    • 3 – 4 business days for main cities outside of Gauteng Province.
    • Up to 7 business days for outlying areas.
  • All orders are shipped via express courier delivery.
  • Orders are shipped only on business days.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the following working day.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • We partner with leading courier companies to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to track your package.
  • Customers can use the courier’s website to check delivery updates.
  • Larger Items and Orders may be shipped with reliable Logistics Partners who use trucks instead of bakkies/panel vans. These types of deliveries do not always offer online parcel tracking but we can be contacted to check for a status update on your parcel(s).

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
International shipping is not currently available as standard, however, should you wish to purchase one of our products for international delivery - contact us for options.

5. Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, the courier may attempt redelivery. If redelivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
